Shipping Policy

We ship all our items using FedEx Ground delivery. Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 7 days on average, 2 days for order processing and up to 5 days for delivery.

Return Policy

We guarantee all merchandise sold by LaFleurChateau.com for 15 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise within 15 days for a prompt refund.

• Your credit card will be credited for the price of the product and any applicable sales taxes.

• We cannot accept returns for any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

• We cannot accept returns for any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

• If you request to cancel your order or items on your order, LaFleurChateau.com will attempt to cancel these items if your request is within two hours of placing the order. After this time frame, the order has been submitted to the manufacturer or, has already been processed for shipment. In order to make a cancellation request, please email us at "info@lafleurchateau.com". LaFleurChateau.com cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled and if the order ships, shipping charges will not be refunded.

• Your card will be credited when LaFleurChateau.com has received and processed your return, typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is shipped back to LaFleurChateau.com.

• Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
